Closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Inactive Accounts: An account is deemed inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 3334bet will send a prior notification to the registered contact before applying any inactivity fee or closing an inactive account. Any remaining real-money balance in a closed inactive account will be held for a period of 6 months, during which you may contact support to claim it, subject to identity verification.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, you lose access to all account features, game history, and any unclaimed bonuses. If the closure was due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. The Company will retain account records for a minimum period as required by applicable anti-money laundering and data retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3334bet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss — even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 3334bet makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, acts of God, government actions, or failures in third-party payment infrastructure) may cause temporary unavailability.

In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, a game outcome being recorded incorrectly, or a credit or debit being applied to your account in error, 3334bet reserves the right to void affected bets, correct erroneous account balances, and take any other action necessary to restore the integrity of the Platform. The Company will not honour bets placed or winnings arising from a technical error where it is clear that an error had occurred, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, the Company's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your account in the six calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3334bet and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with your use of the Platform.
